Group or individual performance training sessions available to any interested athlete. This past summer we offered a free 8 week program for any Thornton Academy/ Biddeford/ OOB student athletes. This is a service that we will continue to offer in the future. We also offer periodic group training throughout the year. Finally, we offer individual training on a private or semi-private level. We work very hard to individually evaluate and provide a program that is specific to your needs.
